The Kolts Football Performance Pathway
Develop here. Compete here. Belong here.
Kellyville Kolts Soccer Club invites talented and committed footballers to trial for our 2027 Division 1 teams and earn their place in
Koltivate. Koltivate brings together quality coaching, competitive football and additional player development within one connected club pathway. It builds on the Kolts' proud tradition of developing players from junior football through to Men's and Women's Premier League.
Whether you already wear the Red & Black or are looking to join the Kolts, we welcome players who want to improve, challenge themselves and contribute to a strong team culture.
More than a place in a team
Koltivate gives selected players access to two structured team training sessions each week, plus an additional weekly development opportunity led or overseen by experienced coaches, including Alex Tobin OAM and Paul Katsetis.
With C Diploma coaching as the standard across the Division 1 pathway and regular access to the Bernie Mullane synthetic pitches, the program helps players develop their technical skills, game understanding and confidence. Development opportunities will evolve with each age group, supported by specialist coaching, goalkeeper development, State Cup participation where applicable, and connections with our Men's and Women's Premier League players and coaches.
Our Division 1 teams
The following teams form the Koltivate pathway towards senior Premier League football:
Mixed and Men's: U12 Mixed, U13 Mixed, U14 Mixed, U15 Mixed, U16 Mixed, U18 Men.
Girls' and Women's: U12 Girls, U14 Girls, U16 Girls, U18 Women.
Earn your place
Koltivate is a selection-based program. Trials will consider players' technical ability, game understanding, attitude, coachability, commitment and potential for development, alongside positional requirements and team balance. Selected players will be expected to attend training and development sessions regularly, arrive ready to learn, and show respect for teammates, coaches, opponents and match officials.
Submitting an Expression of Interest or attending trials does not guarantee selection.
Register to be considered for trials
All players wishing to trial for a Koltivate Division 1 team
must complete the Expression of Interest form. Expressions will then be reviewed and selected players will then be invited to attend trials.
Only players who are invited to trial will be able to participate. Players who arrive without receiving an invitation will be unable to participate.
Trial dates, times and age-group details are listed below, ensure you arrive 30 minutes before the listed start time to ensure you are checked in correctly.
