Kellyville Kolts 2026 Grading

Grading 2026

List of grading times

All registered players should arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of their scheduled start time and check-in with the Age Coordinator.
‍

All players must be registered & fully paid with Kellyville Kolts Soccer Club before taking part in any grading sessions.
  • Minis U5-U6 do not grade and are just placed into teams. For more information please contact our Minis coordinator, Helen, at minis@kellyville.football
  • Players in U7 & U8 will be placed into teams for our in-house development program. For more information, please contact our U7 & U8 Coordinator Attila, at under8@kellyville.football
  • Players from the U9 to U18 age groups are individually graded for their football abilities through an in-house grading process. Once assessed, the player will be provisionally allocated to a team for the trial games. Final grading will occur after the trial matches.
  • If you cannot attend a grading session, you will need to inform your age coordinator beforehand in writing via email.

TEAM SELECTION

  1. Players will be graded into teams by the appropriate age group with a desired number of players in a team equivalent to the number of players on the field plus three reserves.
  2. Only registered and financial players will be graded.
  3. Only players attending grading days or where prior season coaches’ feedback exists will be graded.
  4. The Football Committee will arrange grading days and will appoint experienced persons to independently grade players. These preliminary gradings will be subject to performance during trial matches and will be subject to change.
  5. It is at the discretion of the Coach to have more players than specified above in the team but such numbers will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and where adequate registered players are available in that age group to ensure all teams have adequate numbers.
  6. Players who register late or do not attend grading days will be graded at the discretion of the Football Committee.
