What is KOLTIVATE?
KOLTIVATE is the Kolts Football Performance Pathway, bringing the club's Division 1 teams, player development opportunities and Premier League connections together under one program.
It will create a consistent development environment from Under 12 football through to the Men's and Women's Premier League pathways. KOLTIVATE is not simply about earning a place in a Division 1 team. It is about joining a connected program designed to help players develop, compete and progress.

Three opportunities to develop each week
Players selected for KOLTIVATE will have access to three development opportunities each week:
- Two structured team training sessions
- One dedicated player development session
- Regular access to Kellyville's synthetic football pitches
The additional development sessions will be led or overseen by experienced coaches, including Alex Tobin OAM, Paul Katsetis and other suitably qualified Kolts coaches and specialists.
These sessions will complement team training by focusing on the development of the individual player. Depending on the age group, sessions may include ball mastery, first touch, passing and receiving, striking, finishing, position-specific development, decision-making, game understanding, tactical principles and goalkeeper development.
Quality coaching throughout the pathway
The quality of coaching will sit at the heart of KOLTIVATE.
C Licence coaching will be provided throughout the Division 1 pathway, supported by ongoing coach development and a consistent Kolts football philosophy.
KOLTIVATE coaches will work collaboratively across age groups to create positive, challenging environments and help players prepare for the next stage of their football journey.
The goal is not simply to build successful teams. It is to develop better footballers.
A pathway that grows with the player
KOLTIVATE will evolve as players progress through three development phases:
BUILD - Under 12 to Under 14
Developing technically confident players through strong individual football foundations.
PERFORM - Under 15 to Under 18
Helping players apply their technical skills, game understanding and positional knowledge in competitive football.
PROGRESS - Under 21 and Premier League pathway
Preparing players for the demands of senior football through advanced coaching, mentoring and Premier League exposure.
The pathway will connect Kolts players from junior Division 1 football through to Under 18, Under 21 and the club's Men's and Women's Premier League teams.
For a young Kolts player, the message is simple:
