🚨 New Coaching Duo to Lead Kolts Premier League Squad into 2026 🚨

October 21, 2025

Kellyville Kolts are excited to announce the appointment of Paul Fraser as Head Coach and Reece Iredale as Assistant Coach for the Men’s Premier League squad, a dynamic partnership set to guide the Red and Black into the next chapter as the club transitions into the North West Sydney Football (NWSF) competition in 2026.

Paul Fraser: From NPL to the Kolts

Paul Fraser joins the Kolts with a wealth of coaching experience, having most recently held the Head Coach role at Rydalmere FC in the Men’s NPL1 competition. His coaching journey spans over two decades, across Australia, the UK, and Cyprus, beginning in 2002 when he earned his UEFA C License, later completing his UEFA B License in 2009.

“I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredibly talented players and programs, from youth squads at Sydney United, Blacktown City, and Marconi, to senior football with Rydalmere Lions,” said Fraser.

Having already been part of the Kolts family as a player in the Over 45s and a proud Kolts parent, Paul says it was the club’s community spirit and positive culture that drew him back in a leadership capacity.

“I’ve followed the Men’s Premier Squad closely and always admired the energy around the club. The vibe at Kellyville is something special, and I’m excited to now contribute as a coach.”

Looking ahead to the 2026 season, Paul is focused on building a high-performance environment for the senior group.

“The new league will be a challenge, but one we’re ready for. My goal is to create a setting where every senior player can excel. I encourage all current 2025 players to submit their EOI for trials, this is an exciting time to be part of the journey.”

Reece Iredale: From Kolts Leader to Kolts Coach

After a decade of success wearing the Red and Black, Reece Iredale steps into the coaching ranks as Assistant Coach, bringing with him a deep understanding of the club’s values, culture, and ambition.

“Honestly, I’m just slow now!” Reece laughs. “But seriously, after a long career across both NPL and Premier League levels, I feel the time is right to pass on my knowledge and experience to help guide the squad into this new and exciting era.”

Reece’s Kolts journey began in 2014, and his impact since has been enormous, five grand final victories across ten years and countless hours invested back into the club off the field.

“What makes the Kolts special is the sense of community. We’re treated phenomenally, and in return, we give back, whether that’s helping with grading, coaching, charity days, or mentoring the next generation. When they say the Kolts are family, it’s 100% true.”

As Assistant Coach, Reece is eager to contribute both on and off the pitch as the squad prepares for the step up to NWSF.

“I’m looking forward to helping the boys reach their full potential and learning from a fantastic Head Coach along the way. It’s a great time to be a Kolt.”

A New Era for the Red and Black

With Paul Fraser’s elite coaching pedigree and Reece Iredale’s deep Kolts DNA, the Men’s Premier League squad is well-positioned for success as the club embarks on its new adventure in 2026.

Expressions of Interest for the 2026 Men’s Premier League squad are now open, current and aspiring players are encouraged to submit their EOI and be part of the next chapter of Kolts football.
