Martin Searle Appointed as 2026 Women’s Premier League Head Coach

November 3, 2025

Kellyville Kolts Football Club is proud to announce the appointment of Martin (Marty) Searle as Head Coach of our Women’s Premier League squad for the 2026 season.

A familiar and highly respected figure within the Kolts community, Marty has most recently led the Youth Girls Premier League team to back-to-back championships in the Hills Football Under 21 Girls Division 1 competition. His track record of developing talented young players and building strong, connected teams has been a hallmark of his coaching journey.

Beyond his on-field success, Marty has been a driving force in the growth and development of Female Football at Kellyville. In his role as Vice President – Female Football, he has been instrumental in expanding participation, fostering player pathways, and helping shape the club’s proud reputation as a leader in the women’s game.

The club is thrilled to see Marty step into this new challenge and lead the next generation of Kolts Premier League women. With his passion, experience, and deep understanding of the Kolts culture, the future looks bright for our women’s program.

Congratulations, Marty! We look forward to what the new season will bring under your leadership.
