Junior Presentation Day 13th September 2026

‍WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

A huge afternoon filled with trophy celebrations, rides, food trucks, football, raffles and entertainment! Rides are operating from 12-5pm and the face painter will be there from 12-4. Be sure to bring your picnic rug and enjoy some pizza and doughnuts while you celebrate the success of the 2026 season and wait for the 7pm fireworks!

TEAM INSTRUCTIONS

A few important things to remember for the day:

⏰ Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time.

🏆 Trophies

* Coaches and managers are responsible for any leftover trophies for their team.
* Teams will line up on Field 1, where you will receive your BBQ tokens and team trophies.
* You will receive one BBQ token per player — e.g. if you have 10 players, you will receive 10 tokens. Tokens are for registered players only and cannot be used for siblings or other family members.
* You will also receive a box containing the trophies for your entire team.
* Please hand out the regular trophies to your players before your team goes up on stage.
* The special trophies will be presented on stage only.

🎤 Stage Presentations

* Coaches will have a maximum of 2 minutes for their speech, so please keep this in mind when preparing what you’d like to say.
* Coaches and managers, please help direct your team and make sure players know where they need to go.
* Parents, please give the players space to marshal behind the cones.
* Once you have finished your presentation, please take your team photos near the stage and then head straight to the BBQ.

👕 What to Wear?

Whilst Kolts gear is preferred, it’s up to every individual what they would like to wear.

🍔 BBQ Tokens – Important

Tokens cannot be used at a later time, so unfortunately, if you don’t go straight to the BBQ after your presentation and photos, you may miss out.

🎈 FREE Entertainment

* Inflatables: Fields 3 & 4 — 12pm–5pm
* Face Painting: Near the basketball court — 12pm–4pm

🍩 Food & Drinks Available for Purchase

From 12pm–7pm:

* Slushie Van
* Donuts
* Ice cream
* Coffee
* Pizza trucks

Please stick around for your whole age group’s presentations to finish.

At the end of each age group, we will be drawing a special Super Raffle, where one person from that age group will be selected to win a prize! 🎉
